Henri, the angry French long hair, was the winner of the Walker Art Center’s inaugural Cat Video Festival here in Minneapolis for starring in the French New Wave styled Henri 2, Paw de Deux. What started out seemingly as a lark, turned into an unqualified success for the Walker as over 10,000 people attended the festival and it received International coverage for the museum and, by proxy, the city and the local film community. Kudos to Katie Hill for coming up with, and pulling off the event. Someone buy her a saucer of milk.
