When it comes to a ridiculous premise for a horror film, I’m quite sure The Wig rules on high. Quick plot synopsis for all of you: Girl gets cancer. Girl receives wig to cover up bald head. Wig is evil. Wig goes on a killing spree. The End.

Oddly enough The Wig actually finds a way to treat that premise with respect and even creates a somewhat disturbing and creepy mood. Sure their a plot holes you could steer Titanic through, but damn if the atmosphere doesn’t positively drip off the screen.  I almost regret giving this movie away. Almost.

Time to announce the winner of the Grizzly Rage DVD Contest, and the winner is Joseph Demme of Cinexcellence. Be sure to check out his site and offer your condolences to him for claiming this “prize”.  For those of you that missed out on this terrible film, you are in luck, in the next few days I will be announcing my next giveaway of a bad movie.

Until then, I give you this ridiculous screen shot of the digital blood used in Grizzly Rage that was used to signify someone dying. That’s right, they didn’t actually show anyone being killed, they merely photoshopped horribly fake blood being splattered onto the “camera lens” instead.

That is how bad this movie is.

I’ve got way to many posters already, so I have been ordered to get rid of this one by my loving girlfriend who is sick and tired of my hobbies taking up all of the space in our apartment.
