Thanks to a longtime e-friend who shares a similar interest in movies and the Milwaukee Brewers, I was able to view next weeks upcoming film. He was able to track down a very rare import and without his efforts I would be sitting here with not only nothing to review, but without having witnessed Orson Welles self-acclaimed masterpiece Falstaff.

Starring Welles as the fat and vainglorious knight, from a script Welles wrote himself, Falstaff is generally considered Welles’ finest film, but due to complications with who owns the rights to the films, it has never been released in the United States. Needless to say I am as giddy as a school boy at the thought of reviewing this movie.
