Get a signed Goon: Last of the Enforcers poster

Back in 2011, Goon, a little Canadian film that depicted hockey enforcers as lone gunslingers, struggling to survive on the vast sheets of minor league hockey rinks across North America turned into a surprise cult hit. With a wicked sense of humor and buckets of blood, the film was an comedy gem that has quickly gained a strong following. If you haven’t given it a chance yet, I highly suggest you do. Now, Doug Glatt (Cottage Grove’s Sean William Scott) returns in Goon: Last of the Enforcers, which marks the directorial debut of Goon screenwriter Jay Baruchel. It’s yet another bloody affair of humor, fisticuffs, and even a little hockey.

To help celebrate the release of Goon: Last of the Enforcers, we have signed movie posters (signed by Jay Baruchel and former New York Ranger Colton Orr) to giveaway to some lucky winners here at Where the Long Tail Ends. Just shoot us an email, put “Gimme some Goon” in the subject line and then tell us what your favorite moment from either film is. Mine is pretty much any where Liev Schreiber shows up, though T.J. Miller tries his best to overshadow him in the sequel.

Goon: Last of the Enforcers can be seen on VOD, digital download, and home video starting today, September 1st, 2017. Here in Minnesota you can also see it at these theatres:

  • Lakeville 21, Lakeville
  • Rogers 18, Rogers
  • Plymouth Grand 15
  • Emagine White Bear
  • Emagine Monticello

I review movies. I run a movie theatre. I annoy people. I let my dogs lick my face whenever they want. Sometimes I'm even a halfway decent human.
